Refund policy

All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Artwork Bodyshop will accept a refund only if the request is made within 7 days after the purchase. Please note that if you need to cancel your order for any reason and the 7-day deadline has passed, a 10% fee based on the order amount may be deducted from the refund, subject to our discretion.

We don't accept returns unless we made a mistake in your order or if parts are defective or damaged. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. This inspection process may take up to 5 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our products are designed and tested to fit with the OEM body, as outlined in the product descriptions/images. Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for incorrect application of one of our products. If unsure whether a product will fit your car, please contact us directly prior to finalizing your purchase.

If you decide to return an item without our prior approval, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs, taxes and duties associated with the return. If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any customs fees that we may have to pay upon receiving your package will be deducted from the refund amount. If these fees exceed the refund amount, you may be responsible for paying the difference.

We ask that you wait for your return request to be accepted before sending anything back. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label that must be printed and applied to your package. Please note that if we provide a return shipping label, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

For any request, please email us at info@artworkbodyshop.com, and we will give you the steps to follow as well as the shipping labels. Send your item as a return to:

DAMAGE AND PRODUCT LOSS

Artwork Bodyshop is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle as a result of using our products. Proper installation, following our hardware and recommendations, along with good judgment and common sense, is essential to ensuring that our products remain securely attached and function as intended.

Our installation instructions are specifically designed for each model and have been tested for street use. However, they may not all have been tested on track or at very high speeds. It is your responsibility to ensure that the part is properly installed and suitable for its intended use.

If you are not 100% confident in the strength and security of the installation, do not drive the car until it has been thoroughly inspected. We strongly recommend having the installation checked or completed by a professional installer to ensure proper fitment and secure attachment.

If you have any questions or concerns about our products or their installation, please contact us at info@artworkbodyshop.com. We’re happy to assist you.

🇺🇸 Important Information – Shipments to the United States

As of August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has eliminated the “de minimis” exemption (Section 321) for shipments from Canada and several other countries.

👉 This means that all shipments from Canada to the U.S., regardless of their value, are now subject to:

  • Full customs clearance procedures
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed directly by U.S. Customs

What this means for our U.S. customers

  • Additional customs fees (duties, taxes, brokerage) may apply upon receipt of your order.
  • These fees are beyond our control and are determined by U.S. authorities.
  • Delivery times may be longer than usual due to mandatory customs clearance for every parcel.

What we are doing on our end

  • Providing clear and detailed commercial invoices to minimize extra fees.
  • Using the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement whenever applicable to reduce duties.
  • Exploring logistics solutions to limit the impact of these new requirements.

⚠️ Important: These changes are a direct result of U.S. government policy. We have no control over these fees. Our team is doing everything possible to help reduce costs and keep your experience as smooth as possible.
